This Privacy Notice is provided to help you understand how Reading International, Inc., its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “Reading International,” “we," or “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you access or use our websites, applications (“App”), and electronic communications (collectively, our “Platform”), visit our theaters, contact us by phone or mail, engage with us on social media, or otherwise interact with us (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy also tells you about your rights and choices with respect to your personal information, and how you can reach us to get answers to your questions.

By accessing, visiting or using our Services, you acknowledge this Privacy Notice and agree to our Terms of Use available at Terms & Conditions | Reading Cinemas If you are not comfortable with any part of this Privacy Notice or do not agree with the Terms of Use, please immediately discontinue access or use of our Services.

We may make changes to this Privacy Notice from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page indicates when this Privacy Notice was last updated. If we make material changes to this Privacy Notice, then we will notify you as required by law. Any changes to this Privacy Notice will become effective on the “Last Updated” date indicated above unless we indicate otherwise.

Employees and Job Applicants. This Privacy Notice does not apply to the personal information we collect from employees, contractors, job applicants, owners, directors, or officers of Reading International. Types of Information We Collect

We and our service providers may collect several types of personal information about you and your use of our Services, including when you visit and interact with our Platform or when you visit and make a purchase in our theatres. Personal information is information that identifies, relates to, describes, or is reasonably capable of being associated with or linked to an individual. The definition of personal information depends on the applicable law based on your physical location, and in some cases your residency. Only the definition that applies to your physical location will apply to you under this Privacy Notice.

The categories of information we collect may include the following:

Contact Information and Personal Identifiers, such as your name, e-mail address, telephone number, date of birth, username and password.
Device and Other Unique Identifiers, such as unique device identifier, internet protocol (IP) address, cookies, beacons, pixel tags, mobile ad identifier, or similar unique identifiers.
Demographic information, such as age, gender, some of which may include characteristics of protected classifications under state or federal law.
Payment Information, such as your credit or debit card number, bank account number or other financial information.
Commercial Information, such as products or services you have purchased or considered, preferences.
Internet or Other Network Activity, such as browsing or search history, and information regarding your interactions with our Platform.
Geolocation Information, such as information that permits us to determine your location, including if you manually provide location information or enable your mobile device to send us precise location information.
Audio and Visual Information, such as photographs, images, videos, and recordings of your voice (such as when we record customer service calls for quality assurance).
Professional or Employment-related Information, such as your occupation, education and employment history, and information on your resume.
User Content, such as your communications with us and any other content you provide (including social media profiles, photographs, images, videos, survey responses, comments, reviews, and other content).
Inferences drawn from or created based on any of the information identified above.

How We Collect Information

The personal information that we collect depends on your interactions with us and the choices you make, which generally falls into three categories: (1) information you voluntarily provide to us; (2) information we collect from you automatically; and (3) information we collect from third parties. We collect information about you in various ways depending on how you interact with us and our Platform.

Information You Voluntarily Provide to Us

We collect personal information directly from you such as when you create an account, make a purchase on our Platform or in one of our theaters, fill out an order form, contact us, interact with us on social media, respond to a survey, participate in a sweepstakes, contest, or other similar promotion, sign-up to our mailing list, or apply for a job posting.

Information We Collect Automatically

We may use closed-circuit television, video recordings, photography, and/or similar technology to monitor our theaters for security, fraud, loss prevention, incident reporting, and operational purposes. We may also collect and aggregate data from video recordings and photographs for a variety of purposes, including to track and analyze how individuals move through our locations, analyze trends, make changes to the layout, and optimize patron experience.

Also, as you navigate through and interact with our Platform, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your devices, browsing actions and patterns. For example, we may collect usage information such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, your browser type and version, operating system, the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on each page, and the site you came from and visit when you leave our Platform. We may also automatically collect data about the device you’re using to access our Platform. This data may include the device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, device settings, and location data. We may also collect your location while you use our Platform. What we collect depends on the individual settings of your device and software.

The technologies we use for this automatic data collection may include, by way of example, cookies, flash cookies, or web beacons, as well as sensor and GPS data from your device and information about things near your device such as Wi-Fi access points, cell towers, and Bluetooth-enabled devices. Information We Obtain From Other Sources

We also receive information about you from other sources. For example, we may collect personal data about you from:

Our corporate family, including our subsidiaries and affiliates.
Third parties we have partnered with, such as when we provide Co-Branded Features (defined below).
Other customers, such as when someone sends you a gift card.
Social media platforms and networks, such as when you interact with us on social media or use features, such as plugins, widgets, or other tools made available by social media platforms or networks (such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Twitter, now known as X) in connection with our Platform. For more information about the privacy practices of those social media platforms, please review the privacy policies and settings of the social media platforms and networks that you use.
Other third parties that support our business, such as data analytics providers, marketing or advertising service providers, fraud prevention service providers, vendors that provide services on our behalf.
Publicly available sources.

We also create information based on our analysis of the information we have collected from you.

How We Use Information

In addition to the purposes and uses described elsewhere in this Privacy Notice, we collect and use information for the following purposes:

To enable you to access and use our Services.
To verify your identity and maintain your account;
To provide you with products and services, including to fulfill your orders;
To customize or personalize your experience of our Services, including notifying you of upcoming events and promotions;
To communicate with you, including responding to and/or following up on your requests, inquiries, issues or feedback;
For analytics, market research, and business development, including to operate and improve our Services and develop new products, features and services;
To send marketing and promotional materials, including information about new features on our Services, new services or products that we may offer from time to time, and special offers;
To provide you with information about third parties that may be of interest to you;
To offer additional benefits to you, including but not limited to sending promotional information about our Services and/or facilitating competitions and/or giveaways;
To debug, identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality of our Platform;
To detect and protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, including violation of our policies and terms and conditions, security incidents, and harm to the rights, property or safety of our company, customer, employees or others;
To comply with our legal or regulatory obligations, to comply with legal process, to respond to requests from public and government authorities, including public and government authorities outside your country of residence, to establish or exercise our rights, and to defend against a legal claim;
For internal record keeping and administrative purposes;
To meet our contractual requirement; and/or
For such other purposes as you may consent (from time to time) or as permitted by law.

We may also aggregate or deidentify any personal information that we collect in connection with our Services, such that the information is no longer personally identifiable or attributable to you. We may use such aggregated or de-identified information for our own business purposes without restriction.

How We Share Information

In addition t o the specific situations discussed elsewhere in this Privacy Notice, we may share information in the following situations:

Our Corporate Family. We may share your information with our subsidiaries and affiliates.
Our Service Providers. We may share information with contractors, service providers and other third parties that we use to support our business, including website hosting, data storage and hosting platforms, data analysis, IT services and infrastructure, email delivery and administration, auditing and other similar services.
Third-Party Entities. We may share your information in connection with other productions, cultural institutions and/or live events. Certain areas of the Platform may be provided to you in association with third parties (“Co-Branded Features”) with whom we have a business relationship (each a “Third-Party Entity” and collectively, “Third-Party Entities”) and may require you to disclose personal information in order to register for and access products. Such Co-Branded Features will identify the Third-Party Entity involved. If you elect to register for Co-Branded Entities, you may be providing your personal information to both us and such Third-Party Entity listed. Further, if you sign-in to a Co-Branded Feature with a username and password obtained on the Platform, your personal information may be disclosed to such Third-Party Entity for that Co-Branded Feature and will be subject to the posted privacy policies of such Third-Party Entity.
Promotion Sponsors. We may offer sweepstakes, contests, and other promotions (any, a “Promotion”) that may require registration. By participating in a Promotion, you are agreeing to the terms, conditions and official rules that govern that Promotion, which may contain specific requirements of you, including, except where prohibited by law, allowing the sponsor(s) of the Promotion to use your name, voice and/or likeness in advertising or marketing associated with the Promotion. If you choose to enter a Promotion, personal information may be disclosed to third parties or the public in connection with the administration or marketing of such Promotion, including, without limitation, in connection with winner selection, prize fulfillment, and as required by law or permitted by the Promotion’s official rules, such as on a winners list.
Legal Process. We may disclose personal information in response to subpoenas, warrants, court orders, government inquiries or investigations, or to comply with relevant laws and regulations. We may also disclose information to establish, exercise, or protect the rights of our company, employees, agents, and affiliates; to defend against a legal claim; to protect the safety and security of our visitors; to detect and protect against fraud; and to take action regarding possible illegal activities or violations of our policies.
Business Transactions. We may disclose information to a third party in the event of any reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer or other disposition of all or any portion of our business, assets or stock (including in connection with any bankruptcy or similar proceeding), including at the negotiation stage.
Other Disclosures with Your Consent. We may ask if you would like us to share your information with other third parties who are not described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.

Cookies and Other Technologies

We collect information over time on the Platform by using several types of cookies and other tracking technologies including web beacons and pixels. We also have third parties that collect information in this way on our behalf. We may use cookies that are session-based or persistent. Session cookies expire when you close your browser or turn off your device. Persistent cookies remain on your device after you close your browser or turn off device.

Web Beacons: Pages of our Platform, and our emails, may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags and single-pixel gifs) that permit us, for example, to count users who have visited those pages, or opened an email, and for other related statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain content on our Platform and verifying system and server integrity).

We may use a variety of cookies:

Required	Required cookies are essential for the Platform to function properly and for you to navigate our Platform and use its features, such as accessing secure areas of our Platform and using our services.
Performance	These cookies collect information about how you use our Platform, including which pages you go to most often and if they receive error messages from certain pages. The information these cookies collect is used to improve how our Platform functions and performs.
Functionality	Functionality cookies allow our Platform to remember information you have entered or choices you make (such as your username, language, or your region) and provide enhanced, more personal features. These cookies also enable you to optimize your use of our Platform after logging in. These cookies can also be used to remember changes you have made to text size, fonts and other parts of web pages that you can customize.

Managing Cookies. You have the right to decide whether to accept cookies. If you consented to cookies, but wish to change your selection, you may change your preference on the Cookie Dashboard, or you may modify your web browser setting to refuse some or all cookies or to notify you and ask for your permission when a website tries to set a cookie. If you want to learn how to modify your browser settings, please use the “Help,” “Tools” or “Edit” menu in your browser or review the instructions provided by the following browsers: Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari Desktop, Apple Safari Mobile, Android Browser.

If you block or delete technical and/or function cookies used by our Platform, the Services may become impossible to browse, certain services or functions of the Platform may become unavailable or other malfunctions may occur. In this case, you may have to modify or manually enter some information or preferences every time you visit the Platform

Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to help us get a better understanding of how visitors use our Platform and to facilitate interest-based advertising. The information generated by the Google Analytics cookie about your use of our Platform is transmitted to and stored by Google. For more information about Google’s use of information, please visit https://business.safety.google/privacy/. If you do not want your activity on our Platform to be tracked by Google Analytics, you may opt out by using this link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.

Interest Based Advertising - Website Browser. Many advertising companies that collect information for interest-based advertising are members of the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA) or the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI), both of which maintain websites where people can opt out of interest-based advertising from their members. To opt out of website interest-based advertising provided by each organization’s respective participating companies, visit the DAA’s opt-out portal available at https://optout.aboutads.info, or visit the NAI’s opt-out portal available at https://optout.networkadvertising.org/?c=1.

Interest Based Advertising – Mobile Application. When you use our App, we or a third party with whom we have a marketing relationship may use one or more of several different identifiers for your mobile device, including Apple Identifier For Advertising (IDFA) or Android Advertising ID (AAID), to target and deliver ads to you in our app or other apps. This means that your device identifier may be accessed by third-party ad networks and used to (a) help manage the number and types of ads you see; (b) track the source of installs related to ads seen in other apps; and (c) identify your interests and behavior and target advertising to you based on those interests and behavior.

Apple requires app developers to ask for permission before they can track your activity across apps or websites they do not own in order to target advertising to you, measure your actions due to advertising, or to share your information with data brokers. If you previously gave our mobile app permission to track, you can tell our app to stop tracking your activity. On iOS or iPadOS, go to Settings, tap on our app, then tap to turn off Allow Tracking. You can also reset your IDFA from your mobile device’s settings page, which will prevent continued use of existing behavioral data tied to your previous IDFA.
If you have an Android device, and are running Android 12 or above, you can delete your AAID permanently by opening Settings, navigating to Privacy > Ads, tapping “Delete advertising ID,” then tapping it again on the next page to confirm. This will prevent any app on your phone from accessing it in the future. Please note that if you do so, you will still see advertisements, but they will not be tailored to your inferred interests.
You may also access industry-provided opt-out tools, although they are not tailored to our mobile applications. For instance, to opt-out of data collection by the Digital Advertising Alliance’s participating member companies for interest-based advertising across mobile applications, download the DAA’s App Choices mobile application opt-out offering at https://youradchoices.com/appchoices.

Your Choices

Consistent with applicable law, you may exercise the choices described in this section. Please note that some of the rights may vary depending on your state of residence.

Access. You may request access to and receive details about the personal information we maintain about you and how we have processed it by following the instructions described below. In certain circumstances, you may also be entitled to request copies of personal information in a portable and readily usable format (where technically feasible).
Correction. We rely on you to update and correct your personal information. You may review and modify your account and profile information by logging into your online account at any time. If you cannot update the information yourself, you may request updates and corrections to inaccuracies by following the instructions described below.
Marketing and Promotional Communications. If you no longer wish to receive marketing and/or promotional communications from us, you may unsubscribe or opt-out at any time by following the instructions contained in the individual marketing and/or promotional message you receive from us, or by emailing us at Privacy@Readingrdi.com. Please note, if you opt out of receiving marketing and/or promotional communications from us, we may still send you transactional communications (such as administrative and service announcements).

To exercise other rights with respect to your personal information, please contact us using the information in the “CONTACT INFORMATION” section below. If you are a resident of California, please see the information below in the “CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS’ NOTICE OF COLLECTION” section for more information regarding your rights.

How Long We Retain Information

Except as otherwise permitted or required by applicable law or regulation, we endeavour to retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, as required to satisfy any legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, or as necessary to resolve disputes. To determine the appropriate retention period for personal information, we consider applicable legal requirements, the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of your personal information, and the purposes for which we process your personal information.

How We Protect Information

We have implemented reasonable measures designed to protect your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration and disclosure. Unfortunately, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is fully secure. While we use reasonable efforts to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information. In the event that we are required by law to inform you of any unauthorized access to your personal information we may notify you electronically, in writing, or by telephone, if permitted to do so by law.

Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information through any of our Services features/functionality, use any of the interactive or public comment features that may be available on the Services, or provide any information about yourself to us directly, including your name, address, telephone number, and/or email address and/or any screen name or username you may use.

If we learn that we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. Our Services may include third-party content and links to third-party websites and services. Please note, we have no control over the privacy practices of websites or services that we do not own. California Residents Notice of Collection

If you are a California resident, this section applies to you in addition to the rest of this Privacy Notice. This section describes (1) the categories of personal information, collected and disclosed by Reading International, subject to California privacy law, (2) your privacy rights under California privacy law, and (3) how to exercise your rights.

Retention of Personal Information

We retain your information for as long as your account is active, as needed to provide you Services or for other purposes stated in this Policy, or as required or permitted by applicable law. For more information about the criteria for retaining personal information listed above, please refer to Section 9 above.

Your Privacy Rights

In accordance with the CCPA, California consumers may, under certain conditions, exercise the following privacy rights with respect to their personal information. Your rights in relation to your personal information are not absolute. Depending upon the applicable law, access to your rights under the applicable law may be denied: (a) when denial of the request is required or authorized by law; (b) when granting the request would have a negative impact on another's privacy; (c) to protect our rights and properties; (d) where the request is frivolous or vexatious, or for other reasons.

Right to Know/Access. You may have the right to obtain a copy, or a list of categories of the personal information that we hold about you, as well as other supplementary information, such as the purposes of processing, and the entities to whom we disclose your personal information.
Right to Correct. You may have the right to correct any of your personal information in our records and systems. You may request us to rectify, correct or update any of your personal information held by us that is inaccurate.
Right to Delete. Under certain circumstances, you may have the right to request that we delete the personal information that we hold about you. This right is not absolute, and we may refuse your right to delete if it is reasonably necessary for us to provide a service requested by you; to perform a contract between us; to maintain functionality and ensure security of our systems; to enable solely expected internal uses of your personal information; to exercise a right provided by law; or to comply with a legal obligation.
Right to Portability. Under certain circumstances, you may have the right to receive personal information we hold about you in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format so that you can provide that personal information to another entity.
Right Against Discrimination. You have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of the rights described in this section. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Information. To the extent your sensitive personal information (as that term is defined under California privacy law) is used to infer characteristic about you, you have the right to direct us to stop such processing of your sensitive personal information for such purposes. We do not process any sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you without your consent.
Right to Object to Automated Decision-Making. You may have the right not to be subject to a decision that is based solely on automated processing (where a decision is taken about you using an electronic system without human involvement) which significantly impacts your rights. No decision will be made by us about you solely on the basis of automated decision making which has a significant impact on you.
>Right to Opt Out of Selling or Sharing. The use of online tracking technologies may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under California law. We do not share your personal information in this way without your consent, and we do not sell your personal information for money or other valuable consideration. To the extent you have consented to the use of cookies and similar tracking technology, you may change your preferences on our Cookie Dashboard, which can be accessed here.

How to Exercise Your Rights.

If you would like to exercise your rights listed above, please use the request portal found in your account or send (or have your authorized agent send) an email to Privacy@Readingrdi.com . You can also call us toll-free at: 888-668-4605.

When contacting us to exercise your rights, we ask you to please adhere to the following guidelines:

Tell Us Which Right You Are Exercising: Specify which right you want to exercise and the personal information to which your request relates.
Help Us Verify Your Identity: If you are emailing or calling us, please provide us enough information to verify your identity. For example, provide us (at a minimum) your full name, address, email, phone number, and date of birth. Please note that if we cannot initially verify your identity, we may request additional information to complete the verification process. Any personal information you disclose to us for purposes of verifying your identity will solely be used for the purpose of verification.
Direct Our Response Delivery: Inform us of the delivery mechanism with which you prefer to receive our response. You may specify, for example, email, mail, or through your account (if you have one with us).
Authorized Agents: A California resident may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. To do so, you must (1) provide that authorized agent written and signed permission to submit such request, and (2) verify your own identity directly with us.

Shine the Light

In addition to the CCPA, California's "Shine the Light" law, Civil Code section 1798.83, requires certain businesses to respond to requests from California residents asking about the businesses' practices related to disclosing personal information to third parties for the third parties' direct marketing purposes. Alternately, such businesses may have in place a policy not to disclose personal information of customers to third parties for the third parties' direct marketing purposes if a California customer has exercised an option to opt out of such information sharing. We have such a policy. If you want to opt out of any such sharing of your information, please contact us using the information below.

Do Not Track

Your browser may allow you to adjust your browser settings so that “do not track” requests are sent to the websites that you visit. However, since uniform standards for “DNT" signals have not been adopted, we do not disable tracking technology that may be active on the Platform in response to any “do not track” requests that we receive from your browser.

California Notice of Financial Incentive

We offer programs that provide certain perks, such as rewards and exclusive offers (the “Loyalty Programs”). When you sign up for a Loyalty Program, we will ask you to provide your name, email address, and in some cases your telephone number. Under California law, our Loyalty Programs might be interpreted as “financial incentive” programs as they involve the collection of personal information. We do not assign a monetary value to the information we collect. Based on our reasonable estimate, the value of your personal information to us is related to the value of the free or discounted products or services that you obtain in connection with a Loyalty Program. This value is based on the expense related to offering those free or discounted products or services. You may withdraw from participating in a Loyalty Program at any time by contacting us at the address described in the program terms and conditions. Please refer to the program terms and conditions for full program rules, including how to join.
